Terms of Service

1. About These Terms
These terms govern every purchase made through fenora.com ("Fenora", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payment page and Withdrawal & Cancellation page, which together form the full agreement between you and us.
2. Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years old and ordering for personal, non-commercial use. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the EU and Switzerland. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. How a Contract Is Formed
Products shown on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. When you check out we send an order acknowledgement by email. This is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline any order before dispatch — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already taken.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; payment is taken in full when the order is placed. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.
5. Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates in working days from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Full details, costs and timings are set out on our Shipping & Payment page.
6. Your Right to Cancel and Return
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind, starting the day after you receive the goods. How to exercise it, and how refunds are processed, is explained on our Withdrawal & Cancellation page and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent EU consumer law.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage. After 30 days, statutory remedies of repair, replacement or partial refund continue to apply for up to six years in England and Wales (five in Scotland).
8. Product Information
We take care to describe products accurately, but images are illustrative and minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur. Specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without notice. Always follow the instructions supplied with a product.
9. Using the Website
You may use fenora.com for lawful personal shopping only. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape its content, use it to distribute unlawful material or place fraudulent orders. All content, branding and design on the site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Our Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses, as the site is for consumer use only.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your home country, and may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
