Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If there's been no update for 5 working days, email us.

Can I cancel? Yes — before dispatch we'll cancel and refund immediately; after dispatch, use the 14-day withdrawal right on our Withdrawal & Cancellation page.

Can I change my address? Only before dispatch, so email us straight away.
