1. Who We Are
Fenora operates fenora.com and is the data controller for personal information collected through it. Questions about this policy go to contact@fenora.com. We comply with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for EU customers, the EU GDPR.
2. What We Collect
When you order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order details and payment confirmation (card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us). When you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookie identifiers. When you contact us: the content of your message and any attachments.

4. Who We Share It With
Our e-commerce platform, payment processors, delivery carriers and logistics partners, email and customer-service tools, and analytics or advertising providers where you have consented. Each acts under contract and may only use your data to provide its service to us. We never sell personal data.
5. International Transfers
Some partners operate outside the UK and EEA, including our fulfilment partners in Asia who need your name and delivery address to ship your order. Transfers are protected by adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. How Long We Keep It
Order and invoice data: 6 years for tax purposes. Customer-service correspondence: 2 years after the case closes. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics cookies: no longer than 13 months.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site and your basket working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent via the banner and can be changed at any time in your browser or through the cookie settings link in the footer.
8. Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email contact@fenora.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.
9. Security and Changes
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. This policy may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version.
