Why two baskets beats one big one

A single-drawer air fryer means cooking in shifts. Chips first, then chicken, then the chips are lukewarm. With two independent baskets you give each side its own temperature, time and mode — roast in one, air fry in the other — and tap the finish-together setting. The air fryer works out which basket needs a head start and finishes them at the same moment.

It's sized for a household of four or more. A full bag of frozen chips fits one side with room to shake; the other side takes a family's worth of chicken thighs, salmon fillets or a tray of sausages. On a Sunday it's the roasties and the veg, leaving the oven free for the joint.
